摘  要:针对传统的食品包装袋体日期喷码缺陷人工检测劳动强度大、检测效率低、检测精度低等缺陷,设计了一套基于机器视觉技术的食品包装袋体生产日期喷码缺陷检测系统。检测系统利用工业CCD相机、计算机、光源等元件搭建了检测系统硬件平台。利用图像采集技术以及计算机图像处理技术,对采集到的图像进行模板匹配和垂直投影进行图像处理,实现了对袋体生产日期缺陷、模糊不清等缺陷的快速检测。试验结果表明,通过该机器视觉检测系统能够使检测准确率达到98%,该检测方法能够完全实现食品袋体缺陷的快速准确检测,能够显著提升食品生产企业的生产效率和产品质量。Aiming at the defects of traditional manual detection of date ink-jet defects in food packaging bags, such as high labor intensity, low detection efficiency and low detection accuracy, a set of date ink-jet defect detection system based on machine vision technology is designed. The detection system uses industrial CCD camera, computer, light source and other components to build the hardware platform of the detection system. By using image acquisition technology and computer image processing technology, the collected image is processed by template matching and vertical projection, which realizes the rapid detection of defects such as date defect and blur of bag production. The experimental results show that the machine vision detection system can make the detection accuracy up to 98%. The detection method can fully realize the rapid and accurate detection of the defects of food bags, and can significantly improve the production efficiency and product quality of food production enterprises.
