With the advent of the era of "Internet plus" and "big data", food enterprises gradually realize that information management technology or optimization of information synergy system can reduce the cost of competition and increase profits. However, in the process of traditional supply chain information collaboration, there is a common phenomenon of centralized leadership, which leads to the lack of trust between food enterprises, the low efficiency of food regulatory authorities, the difficulty of consumer traceability and other problems, making information interaction between enterprises difficult. Therefore, by introducing the concept of supply and demand network, and taking further optimization of information collaboration among food enterprises as the fundamental starting point, this paper attempts to establish a decentralized, intelligent and transparent information collaboration management mode by using block chain technology, to improve the degree of information collaboration between food supply and demand network, to solve the problems in information collaboration among food enterprises, and to improve its transparency and safety and traceability.
