摘  要:采用气相色谱-质谱联用分析(GC-MS)法,建立同时测定电子烟烟液中11种多元醇醚及其酯类化合物的定性与定量分析方法。在优化样品前处理条件及仪器的测定参数的基础上,采用内标法进行定性和定量分析,各目标化合物及内标物的色谱峰均达到较好分离度,在0.5~20μg/mL浓度范围内呈现良好线性关系。此外,各目标物检出限在15.7~36.5μg/kg之间,平均加标回收率在87.5%~106.3%,相对标准偏差(δRSD)均小于5.0%。Under the optimum condition of pretreatment and instrument parameters, the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was applied on a comprehensive qualitative and quantitative analytical method of eleven polyol ether and its ester compounds in refill liquids for electronic cigarettes. The internal standard method had been applied for quantitative analysis, the chromatographic peaks of the target compounds and internal standard had achieved the high resolution, presented a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 0.5-20 μg/mL, and the detection limits were 15.7-36.5 μg/kg. The average spiked recoveries were in the range from 87.5% to 106.3%, and the relative standard deviations(δRSD) were all less than 5.0%.
