补中益气汤合益胃汤对晚期胃癌姑息性化疗患者疗效及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察补中益气汤合益胃汤对晚期胃癌姑息性化疗患者疗效及生活质量的影响。方法:选择太和县中医院2016年6月~2019年6月住院部收治的90例晚期胃癌行姑息性化疗患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组及观察组各45例,对照组予常规西药治疗,观察组在此基础上予以补中益气汤合益胃汤口服,观察两组疗效及生活质量。结果:(1)治疗后,观察组中医证候积分显著优于对照组(P<0.05);(2)观察组总有效率60%、临床控制率86.67%,均显著高于对照组总有效40%、临床控制率62.22%(P<0.05);(3)治疗后,观察组Spitzer指数显著高于对照组。结论:补中益气汤合益胃汤对晚期胃癌行姑息性化疗患者,近期疗效良好,可以有效改善患者中医证候,减轻不适症状,并提高患者生活质量,值得推广。Objective: To investigate the effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with Yiwei Decoction on the efficacy and quality of life for patients with advanced gastric cancer receiving palliative chemotherapy.Methods: 90 patients with advanced gastric cancer treated by palliative chemotherapy in Taihe Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2016 to June 2019 were selected, and all the selected patients were divided into controlled group and observation group randomly, there were 45 patients in each group.The controlled group was treated with conventional western medicine, and the observation group was given Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with Yiwei Decoction on the basis of the controlled group, the curative effect and quality of life of the two groups were observed.Results:(1)After treatment, the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was significantly better than the TCM syndrome score of the controlled group(P<0.05);(2)The comprehensive effective rate of the observation group was 60%,and the clinical control rate was 86.67%,while the comprehensive effective rate and the clinical control rate of the controlled group respectively were 40% and 62.22%,the above two indexes in the observation group were significantly better than those in the controlled group(P<0.05);(3)In terms of Spitzer index, the observation group was significantly higher than the controlled group, the Spitzer index of the two groups was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly higher than the controlled group.Conclusion: Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with Yiwei Decoction has a good short-term effect for patients with advanced gastric cancer undergoing palliative chemotherapy, which can effectively improve the TCM syndromes of patients, reduce the discomfort symptoms, and improve the quality of life of patients, which is worthy of promotion.
