摘　　要：在企业内外网隔离的办公场景中,经常需要外网数据资源的参考。为了提高公司办公自动化的效率,减少采用传统人工方式内外网文件数据中转不及时和出现人为失误的问题,提出使用Serv-U来完成FTP主服务端功能搭建,存储空间、用户组、域权限的设置,并利用Bestsync实现FTP服务器将数据自动同步内网服务器的办公自动化实现方案。为企业设计人员提供一个外网数据中转平台,极大地提高企业外网数据文件的自动导入效率,降低人力成本。In the isolated environment of corporate office network,it is often necessary to refer to the data resources on the external network.In order to improve the efficiency of company office automation,reduce the problem of untimely file data transfer and human error by traditional manual method.The article proposes to use Serv-U to complete the FTP main server function construction,storage space,user group,domain permission settings,and use Bestsync to realize the FTP server to automatically synchronize data to the intranet server office automation implementation scheme.It provides an Internet data transit platform for enterprise designers,which greatly improves the efficiency of automatic import of enterprise extranet data files and reduces labor cost.
