影视公众人物道德责任的缺失与建构路径

摘　　要：当前,影视公众人物违法、失德行为一次次被推上舆论的风口浪尖,对国家利益、社会风气和个人价值观都造成不良的影响。影视公众人物道德责任缺失的原因主要可以归结为社会环境的影响、社会责任制度不健全、道德责任教育的偏颇和个人道德责任能力的缺失。因此,为了扭转影视公众人物道德责任缺失的现象,急需从完善社会规范、完善法律法规制度建设、加强道德责任教育工作和提升主体道德责任意识四个方面建构影视公众人物道德责任的方法路径。At present,the illegal and immoral behavior of the film and television public figures has been pushed into the storm of public opinion again and again,which has a bad impact on the national interests,social atmosphere and personal values.The reasons for the lack of moral responsibility of film and television public figures can be mainly attributed to the influence of social environment,the unsound social responsibility system,the bias of moral responsibility education and the lack of personal moral responsibility ability.Therefore,in order to reverse the phenomenon that film and television public figures lack of moral responsibility,it is urgent to find ways to figure out the problem from four aspects:improving social norms,perfecting the system construction of laws and regulations,strengthening moral responsibility education and enhancing the individual's moral responsibility consciousness.
