儿童近视眼患者配戴角膜塑形镜后角膜透明度的变化分析

摘　　要：目的 分析儿童近视眼患者配戴角膜塑形镜后角膜透明度的变化.方法 选取本院收治的104例儿童近视眼患者,根据不同治疗方案将其分为A组与B组,各52例,A组佩戴框架眼镜,B组佩戴角膜塑形镜,1年后对比两组患者的裸眼视力、屈光度、角膜曲率、眼轴长度、泪膜破裂时间.结果 B组治疗后的裸眼视力优于本组治疗前及A组治疗后,B组治疗后的屈光度低于本组治疗前及A组治疗后,B组治疗后的角膜曲率低于本组治疗前及A组治疗后,B组治疗后的眼轴长度短于A组治疗后,B组治疗后的泪膜破裂时间短于本组治疗前及A组治疗后,各组对比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 儿童近视眼患者配戴角膜塑形镜的效果显著,可明显改善患者的裸眼视力、屈光度、角膜曲率、泪膜破裂时间等指标,有效性与安全性均较高,值得推广与应用.Objective To analyze the changes of corneal transparency in children with myopia after wearing orthokeratology lenses.Methods 104 cases of children with myopia in our hospital were selected and divided into group A and group B according to different treatment schemes,52 cases in each group.Group A wore frame glasses and group B wore orthokeratology lens.After one year,the naked eye vision,diopter,corneal curvature,axial length and tear film rupture time of the two groups were compared.Results The uncorrected visual acuity in group B was better than that before and after treatment in group A.The diopter in group B was lower than that before and after treatment in group A,the corneal curvature in group B was lower than that before and after treatment in group A,the axial length in group B was shorter than that in group A after treatment,and the tear film rupture time in group B was shorter than that before and after treatment in group A.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The,effect of wearing orthokeratology lens in children with myopia is significant,which can significantly improve the naked eye vision,diopter,comeal curvature,axial length,tear film rupture time and other indicators of the patients,with high effectiveness and safety,which is worthy of promotion and application.
