拔牙位点保存技术提高种植成功率和美学度的作用研究

摘　　要：目的 对拔牙位点保存技术应用于口腔种植中取得的效果进行分析.方法 选取我院口腔种植的68例患者,随机分组,其中对照组34例采用传统口腔修复治疗方法,观察组34例采用拔牙位点保存技术.对两组患者种植成功率、牙槽骨相关指标、不良反应以及美学满意度进行比较.结果 观察组患者种植成功率100%高于对照组患者的85.29%,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组牙槽骨各项相关指标(槽骨高度、牙槽骨宽度以及唇腭向骨吸收量)均比对照组好,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的不良反应发生率(2.94%)低于对照组(17.65%),观察组的美学满意率(97.06%)高于对照组(70.59%),组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 拔牙位点保存技术应用于口腔种植中,种植成功率较高,有助于牙槽骨相关指标改善,不良反应发生率低,且患者对治疗美学满意度高,应在临床实践中推广应用.Objective To analyze the effect of tooth extraction site preservation technology in oral implant.Methods 68 patients with oral implant in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups,34 cases in the control group were treated with traditional prosthodontics,and 34 cases in the observation group were treated with extraction site preservation technology.The implant success rate,alveolar hone related indicators,adverse reactions and aesthetic satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The implantation success rate of all patients in the observation group was 100% higher than that in the control group(85.29%).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<O.OS).After treatment,the alveolar bone related indexes(alveolar bone height,alveolar bone width and lip and palate hone absorption)in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(2.94%)was lower than that in the control group(17.65%).The aesthetic satisfaction rate of the observation group(97.06%)was higher than that of the control group(70.59%).The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of tooth extraction site preservation technology in oral implant has a high success rate,helps to improve the relevant indicators of alveolar bone,has low incidence of adverse reactions,and has high satisfaction with treatment aesthetics,so it should he popularized and applied in clinical practice.
