摘　　要：[目的]总结舒琦瑾教授治疗大肠癌的临床经验。[方法]通过跟师临证,记录、整理并分析舒琦瑾教授治疗大肠癌的验案,从病因病机、治则治法、临证治疗特色等三个层面介绍其治疗大肠癌的临床经验,并附医案加以佐证。[结果]舒师认为大肠癌的发病与先天禀赋不足、癌毒及情志内伤因素有关,将治疗大肠癌的治则简要概况为益气健脾、扶正固本,活血化瘀、解毒抗癌,攻补兼施、轻重得当等三大方面。舒师认为,治疗大肠癌应针对不同病程阶段的不同特点,进行区别治疗;用药要遵“王道”,慎“霸道”,应时时顾护脾胃;重视“治未病”理论的运用,循经用药、兼顾表里,防治大肠癌的复发与远处转移。所举验案为正气亏虚、湿毒结聚之证,治以健脾益气、解毒祛瘀,以四君子合解毒三根汤为底,随证加减,攻补兼施,疗效确切。[结论]舒师治疗大肠癌谨守扶正固本、解毒祛瘀之法,辨病与辨证相结合,施药精准,疗效满意,其用药特色有较高的临床指导意义,值得临床推广应用。[Objective]To sum up Professor SHU Qijin's clinical experience and academic thoughts in the treatment of colorectal cancer.[Methods]Through following Professor SHU Qijin's clinical work,recording,sorting out and analyzing the medical records of Professor SHU in the treatment of colorectal cancer,this paper introduced Professor SHU's clinical experience in the treatment of colorectal cancer from the three aspects:Etiology and pathogenesis,treatment principle and treatment method,clinical treatment characteristics,and provides evidence with medical cases.[Results]Professor SHU believes that the incidence of colorectal cancer is related to congenital endowment deficiency,cancer toxin and emotional internal injury factors;and briefly summarizes the treatment principles of colorectal cancer in three aspects:Replenishing Qi and invigorating the spleen,strengthening the body and supporting healthy energy;promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,detoxifying and anticancer;combining attack and supplement,administering properly.Professor SHU believes that treatment of colorectal cancer should accord to the different characteristics of different stages,differential treatment should be adopted;the use of drugs should follow the"benevolence",be cautious of"overbearing",and should always take care of the spleen and stomach.During the treatment,the theory of"preventive treatment of disease"should be valued and drugs should be adopted according to the meridians,and both the exterior and interior should be considered,so as to prevent and treat the recurrence and distant metastasis of colorectal cancer.The case had the syndrome of deficiency of vital Qi and accumulation of dampness and toxin.The treatment was based on invigorating the spleen and replenishing Qi,removing toxin and removing blood stasis,Sijunzi decoction and Jiedu Sangen decoction were adopted as the base,added or subtracted according to the syndrome,combining attack and supplement,and the patient achieved good results.[Conclusion]In the treatment of co
