摘  要:目的:调查江苏省生活饮用水碘含量分布情况。方法:2017年,以乡镇(街道,以下简称乡镇)为单位在江苏省开展居民饮用水碘含量调查。对调查结果中水碘中位数>10μg/L的乡镇以行政村(居委会,以下简称行政村)为单位进一步开展居民饮用水碘含量调查。划定标准:水碘含量中位数<40μg/L为碘缺乏地区,40~100μg/L为适碘地区,>100μg/L为高碘地区。结果:乡镇级水碘调查,共调查13个设区市101个县(市、区)的1285个乡镇,乡镇水碘中位数为7.28μg/L。其中,水碘中位数<10μg/L的乡镇有875个,占68.09%;10~<40μg/L的乡镇有315个,占24.51%;40~100μg/L的乡镇有56个,占4.36%;>100μg/L的乡镇有39个,占3.04%。行政村级水碘调查,共调查6个设区市410个乡镇的5864个行政村。其中,水碘中位数<10μg/L的行政村有769个,占13.11%;10~<40μg/L的行政村有3558个,占60.68%;40~100μg/L的行政村有613个,占10.45%;>100μg/L的行政村有924个,占15.76%。结论:按水碘划分,江苏省呈现碘缺乏、适碘、高碘地区并存现象,主要以碘缺乏地区为主。Objective To investigate the iodine content distribution of drinking water in Jiangsu Province.Methods In 2017,the iodine content in drinking water of residents in townships(streets,hereinafter referred to as townships)of Jiangsu Province was investigated.Administrative villages(neighborhood committees,hereinafter referred to as administrative villages)of Jiangsu Province were selected as units for the investigation of townships with the median water iodine greater than 10μg/L.Delimitation criteria:the median iodine content of water<40μg/L was iodine deficiency area,40-100μg/L was suitable iodine area,and>100μg/L was high iodine area.Results A total of 1285 townships were surveyed in 101 counties(cities,districts)in 13 cities,and the median water iodine in townships was 7.28μg/L.Among them,there were 875 townships with median water iodine<10μg/L,accounting for 68.09%;315 townships 10-<40μg/L,accounting for 24.51%;56 townships 40-100μg/L,accounting for 4.36%;39 townships>100μg/L,accounting for 3.04%.The water iodine survey at the administrative village level was conducted in 5864 administrative villages in 410 townships in 6 cities.Among them,769 administrative villages with median water iodine<10μg/L,accounting for 13.11%;3558 administrative villages 10-<40μg/L,accounting for 60.68%;613 administrative villages 40-100μg/L,accounting for 10.45%;and 924 administrative villages>100μg/L,accounting for 15.76%.Conclusion According to the water iodine,there are iodine deficiency,suitable iodine and high iodine areas in Jiangsu Province,mainly in iodine deficiency areas.
