摘　　要：安全高效的实验室管理对高校实验教学和科研工作顺利开展至关重要。针对当前高校实验室相关管理要求,结合河北大学环境实验室教学科研实际情况,分析了环境实验室管理存在的问题,提出了“标准化和精细化”管理模式。从实验人员、仪器设备、实验材料、实验方法和实验环境5方面进行管理工作的标准化和精细化进行探索。实践表明,通过实施标准化和精细化管理模式,实验课程准备工作简化、试剂耗材管理更加高效合理、实验仪器故障率下降、实验教学效率明显提升、相关科研工作进展顺利、实验师生满意度增强、实验室安全得到保障。Safe and efficient laboratory management is crucial to the development of experimental teaching and scientific research in universities.Referring to the characteristics of laboratory management in universities and combining the teaching and scientific research of Environmental Laboratory in Hebei University,this paper analyzes the management problems in the laboratory and puts forward the management model of"standardization and refinement".This management mode mainly explores the following five points:experimenters,equipment,materials,methods and environment.The results show that through the implementation of standardized and refined management mode,the experiment course preparation work is simplified,the management of reagents and consumables is more efficient and reasonable,the failure rate of experimental instruments is reduced,the experimental teaching efficiency is improved,the scientific research work is carried out smoothly,the experimental teachers and students'satisfaction is enhanced,and the laboratory safety is guaranteed.
