摘 要:在分析应用型高校工程类专业共建实验室发展过程中存在问题的基础上,从“校企融合、多元育人”、人才培养模式改革以及产教融合三方面提出了创建共建实验室的必要性。对校企共建实验室的校企双方需求进行比较分析,提出建设适合工程类专业发展的共建实验室新模式,在校企共建实验室的课程体系建设、师资队伍建设、健全共建实验室管理制度以及建立适合工程类专业发展的人才培养模式等方面进行了实践与探索,发挥共建实验室优势,以提升教育教学质量。Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the development of laboratory construction for engineering majors in application-oriented colleges,this paper puts forward the necessity of building a laboratory from three aspects:school enterprise integration,diversified education,talent training mode reform and production and education integration.It also analyzes the demand comparison between the school and the enterprise in the laboratory jointly built by the university and enterprise,and puts forward the construction of a common laboratory suitable for the development of engineering specialty.In order to improve the quality of education and teaching,we have carried out practice and exploration on the construction of curriculum system,the construction of teaching staff,the improvement of laboratory management system and the establishment of talent training mode suitable for the development of engineering majors.
