摘　　要：高校实验教学队伍的稳定、建设与发展,直接关系到高校双一流建设和创新人才的培养。本文通过分析当前实验教学队伍建设方面存在的问题及原因,结合清华大学实验教学队伍改革和建设规则,以提高实验教学队伍的综合素质为核心。同时以机械工程系为例,介绍建设一支高水平机械类实验教学队伍的实践经验,为双一流背景下实验教学队伍建设,提出了一种解决思路。The construction and development of the experimental teaching teams in universities are directly related to the construction of double top-class and the cultivation of innovative talents.This article analyzed the existing problems and reasons in the construction of the experimental teaching team.Based on the repositioning of the experimental teaching staff in Tsinghua University,the comprehensive quality of the experimental teaching team is improved through the implementation and countermeasures of the experimental teaching team construction.At the same time,taking the Department of Mechanical Engineering of Tsinghua University as an example,this paper introduced the construction and development of the mechanical experimental teaching team in a double top-class background,and proposed new solutions for the reform of the experimental teaching team.
