摘　　要：实验室安全是维持正常教学与科研活动的前提,实验室安全事故相对频繁的发生,危及科研人员健康和安全。辨识影响高校实验室安全的主要因素,分析高校实验室安全风险传导机理至关重要。研究将高校实验室安全管理系统划分为安全责任体系、安全制度体系、安全教育体系、安全条件保障、重点实验室安全、特种设备安全6个子系统,绘制高校实验室安全风险因果关系图,并构建高校实验室安全风险系统动力学模型,最后结合I、G、H3个高校实例进行仿真模拟。结果表明:高校I的实验室安全风险值水平低于高校G,低于高校H,同等管理强度下,高校I更易于实现安全目标;通过调节子系统安全投入比例可影响实验室安全风险水平达到目标的时间,提升实验室安全管控效果。Laboratory safety is the premise of maintaining normal teaching and research activities.Laboratory safety accidents occur frequently,endangering the health and safety of researchers.It is very important to identify the main factors affecting the safety of laboratories and analyze the risk propagation mechanism of laboratories.School laboratory safety management system is divided into six subsystems as safety responsibility system,safety system,safety education system,safety conditions guarantee system,key laboratory safety,special equipment safety.The causality diagram of university laboratory security risk is drawn,and the dynamic model of laboratory security risk system is constructed.Finally,three universities,I,G and H,are taken as examples for simulation.The results show that the level of laboratory safety risk value in school I is lower than that in school G,and H.Under the same management intensity,school I is easier to achieve safety objectives.Adjusting the proportion of sub-system safety investment can affect the time to achieve the target and improve the effect of laboratory safety control.
