糖尿病性视网膜病变患者血清VEGF、ES、TSP水平与眼底病变的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨糖尿病性视网膜病变患者血清VEGF、ES、TSP水平与眼底病变的相关性。方法:选取2019年4月~2020年4月某院收治的无眼底病变糖尿病患者40例、增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变患者40例、非增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变患者40例作为研究对象,同时选取同期在某院进行健康体检的人群40例作为参照对象。结果:增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变组VEGF水平高于无眼底病变糖尿病组、非增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变组、参照组(P<0.05),增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变组ES水平低于无眼底病变糖尿病组、非增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变组、参照组(P<0.05),各组TSP水平相比,无明显差异(P>0.05);糖尿病性视网膜病变患者血清VEGF水平与眼底病变呈正相关(r=0.456,P<0.05),与ES、TSP水平无明显的相关性(r=0.122,r=0.212,P>0.05)。结论:糖尿病性视网膜病变患者的血清VEGF、ES、TSP水平会发生明显变化,且会通过调节VEGF水平影响糖尿病性视网膜病变进程。Objective:To investigate the correlation between serum levels of VEGF,ES and TSP and fundus lesions in patients with diabetic retinopathy.Methods:40 cases of diabetic patients without fundus lesions,40 cases of proliferative diabetic retinopathy,and 40 cases of non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy admitted to a hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were selected as research objects,and 40 cases of healthy people who underwent physical examination in a hospital during the same period were selected as reference objects.Results:VEGF level of proliferative diabetic retinopathy group was higher than that of diabetic group without fundus disease,non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy group and reference group(P<0.05),fThe ES level of proliferative diabetic retinopathy group was lower than that of diabetic group without fundus disease,non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy group and reference group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the TSP level among the 4 groups(P>0.05).Serum VEGF level was positively correlated with fundus lesions in patients with diabetic retinopathy(r=0.456,P<0.05),but not significantly correlated with ES and TSP levels(r=0.122,r=0.212,P>0.05).Conclusion:The serum levels of VEGF,ES and TSP in patients with diabetic retinopathy will significantly change and affect the progression of diabetic retinopathy by regulating the level of VEGF.
