摘 要:为实现新工科背景下高等教育内涵式发展,创新型、应用型等高素质复合型新工科人才的培养是地方高校化工专业的重要培养目标。在准确定位人才政治路径的基础上,从人才培养方案优化、课程体系建设、教学方式改革,以及专业师资队伍建设等方面探索地方高校化工人才教改路径,构建以工程创新实践能力为核心的培养模式,为地方高校培养具有工程实践能力和创新能力的新工科人才提供参考。In order to realize the connotation development of higher education under the background of“emerging engineering education”,the cultivation of innovative and application-oriented high-quality interdisciplinary talents is an important training goal of chemical engineering major in local colleges and universities.Based on the precise orientation of talent training objectives,this paper systematically explores the teaching reform path of chemical talent training in local colleges and universities from the aspects of the optimization of talent training scheme,the construction of curriculum system,the reform of teaching methods and the construction of professional teaching staff,and constructs a training model with engineering innovation practical ability as the core,which provides a reference for local colleges and universities to train emerging engineering talents with engineering practical ability and innovation ability.
