摘  要:岗位任职能力始终是任职教育的终极目标,也是任职教育专业课程建设的核心。针对新装备、新技术的快速发展,以及新形势下军队人才培养岗位任职能力新要求,从课程内容、实践训练、教学模式、考核机制四个方面,提出构建“教学内容与装备应用同步”“实践体系与任职能力同步”“教学模式与技术手段同步”“考核机制与实战要求同步”的“四同步”式专业课程建设模式,并以任职教育导弹维修专业“某型导弹测试设备原理与操作”课程展开实践研究。Post ability is always the ultimate goal of post-education and the core of post-education professional course construction.In view of the rapid development of new equipment and new technology and the new requirements of military talent training post ability under the new situation,this paper puts forward the“four synchronizations”professional course construction model of post-education from four aspects:course content,practical training,teaching model and assessment mechanism.The“four synchronizations”refer to the synchronization of teaching content and equipment application,the synchronization of practice system and post ability,the synchronization of teaching model and technical means,and the synchronization of assessment mechanism and actual combat requirements.The“four synchronizations”post-education professional course construction model is put into practice in the course of Principle and Operation of Test Equipment for Certain Missile of missile maintenance major.
