摘　　要：树脂被广泛应用于天然产物中生物活性成分的纯化,树脂具有回收率高、选择性好、吸附条件温和、操作成本低、易于再生等优点,可以从中药粗多糖中获取较高多糖回收率和较高脱蛋白率,为中药多糖的研究提供了极大的便利。本文从树脂在脱蛋白原理、影响因素及树脂在中药多糖脱蛋白中的应用方面对近15年的文献报道进行总结,为实际中药多糖生产开发应用提供参考。Resin was widely used in the purification of bioactive components in natural products.The resin has the advantages of high recovery,good selectivity,mild adsorption conditions,low operating cost and easy regeneration,High recovery rate of polysaccharides and high deproteinization rate were both obtained from crude Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)polysaccharides by using resins that provided great convenience for the research of TCM polysaccharides.In this paper,the principle,influencing factors and the application of resin in deproteinization of TCM polysaccharides in recent fifteen years were summarized,providing reference for the actual production and development of TCM polysaccharides.
