摘 要:目的探讨C型臂X线成像系统在眼眶内金属异物取出术中的临床应用。方法回顾2014年10月~2018年8月我院收治的眼眶金属异物患者资料,选取其中6例在C型臂X线影像系统引导下,沿原伤口或最接近异物的眼睑皮肤切口进行异物取出的患者进行分析,并附典型病例进行详细描述。结果所有异物均在术中准确定位,一次手术完全取出,平均时长36 min。术后伤口一期愈合,视力及眼球运动与术前相比均无影响。术后平均随访时间为13个月(6~28个月)。末次随访时,所有患者未见手术并发症。结论对于眼眶深部金属异物,术前应进行详细评估,术中可应用C型臂X线成像系统引导对异物进行准确定位,手术操作简单、时间短、损伤小。Objective To explore the clinical application of C-arm X-ray imaging system in the extraction of intraorbital metal foreign bodies.Methods The data of patients with intraorbital metal foreign bodies treated in our hospital from October 2014 to August 2018 were reviewed.Among them,6 patients who underwent extraction along the original wound or the eyelid skin incision closest to the foreign body under the guidance of C-arm X-ray imaging system were selected for analysis,and a typical case was described in detail.Results During the operation,all foreign bodies were located accurately,removed completely in one operation,and the average time was 36 min.All the wounds healed in the first stage after operation,and the visual acuity and eye movement were not be effected compared with those before operation.The average followup time was 13 months(6~28 months).During the last follow-up,no operative complications were found in all patients.Conclusions The metal foreign body in the deep part of the orbit should be evaluated in detail before operation.The foreign body can be located accurately under the guidance of C-arm X-ray imaging system,and the operation is simpler,in shorter time and with less injury.
