摘 要:缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)作为实体肿瘤细胞发生低氧应激反应的重要标志物,与多种肿瘤的发生、发展、治疗及预后关系密切。近年来研究表明,HIF-1α可通过调控下游靶基因的表达促进喉癌的进展,降低喉癌对放射化学治疗(简称放化疗)的敏感度。靶向抑制HIF-1α的表达,增强喉癌对放化疗的敏感度,或将成为提高喉癌治疗的新选择。然而,HIF-1α对喉癌预后的指导价值还需更多研究证实。总之,HIF-1α与喉癌发生、发展关系密切,值得进一步深入研究。Hypoxia inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α),as an important marker of hypoxic stress response in solid tumor cells,is closely related to the occurrence,development,treatment and prognosis of various tumors.In recent years,studies have shown that HIF-1αcan promote the progress of laryngeal cancer by regulating the expression of downstream target genes,and reduce the sensitivity of laryngeal cancer to radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Targeted inhibition of HIF-1αexpression and enhancement of chemoradiotherapy sensitivity of laryngeal carcinoma may be a new choice for the treatment of laryngeal cancer.However,more studies are needed to confirm the prognostic value of HIF-1αin laryngeal carcinoma.In conclusion,HIF-1αis closely related to the occurrence and development of laryngeal carcinoma,which is worthy of further study.
