经内镜支架与肠梗阻导管植入治疗大肠癌急性肠梗阻的临床对比研究

摘　　要：目的探究经内镜支架与肠梗阻导管植入治疗大肠癌急性肠梗阻的临床效果。方法选取河南省偃师市人民医院2016年1月至2019年6月收治的62例大肠癌急性肠梗阻患者为研究对象,随机数字表法分为A组和B组,各31例。A组采用经内镜支架治疗,B组采用肠梗阻导管植入治疗,比较两组临床效果。结果治疗前,两组腹围、腹腔压力无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,B组腹围(72.02±1.62)cm、腹腔压力(11.52±1.86)cmH2O低于A组腹围(75.68±2.33)cm、腹腔压力(14.28±2.34)cmH2O,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。B组并发症发生率低于A组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论针对大肠癌合并急性肠梗阻患者采用肠根阻导管植入术治疗可获得更加满意的疗效,值得临床应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of endoscopic stent and intestinal obstruction catheter implantation in the treatment of acute intestinal obstruction due to colorectal cancer.Methods A total of 62 patients with acute intestinal obstruction due to colorectal cancer were selected from January 2016 to June 2019 in Yanshi People's Hospital of Henan Province.According to the method of random number table,they were divided into group A and group B.31 cases each.Group A was treated with endoscopic stent and group B with intestinal obstruction catheter implantation.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in abdominal circumference and abdominal pressure between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the abdominal circumference(72.02±1.62)cm,abdominal pressure(11.52±1.86)cmH2O of group B were lower than those of group A(75.68±2.33)cm,abdominal pressure(14.28±2.34)cmH2O of group A(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in group B was lower than that in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of colorectal cancer patients with acute intestinal obstruction by intestinal root canal implantation can obtain more satisfactory results,it is worth clinical application.
