摘　　要：本文论述了我国吸引外商直接投资政策的发展历程,包括超国民待遇到优惠中性时期的过渡,正面清单到负面清单管理模式的转变;分析了FDI负面清单管理模式对化工行业发展的影响,以及我国吸引外商投资过程中出现的问题,并提出了FDI相关管理建议。This paper summarizes the development stages of FDI policy in China,including the transition from the period of super national treatment to the period of preferential neutral,and the transformation of the management mode from positive list to negative list.This paper analyzes the influence of FDI negative list management mode on chemical industry and the problems in attracting foreign investment in China,and puts forward some targeted suggestions on FDI management.
