摘　　要：随着中国经济的快速发展和对外开放的持续扩大,来华留学生,尤其是临床医学专业的留学生数量逐年增加。如何建设来华留学生教学管理和质量控制系统,提高留学生医学教育质量成为医学教育界关注的话题。笔者总结和分析四川大学华西临床医学院留学生诊断学和内科学临床实习带教的经验,探索来华留学生教学管理和质量控制系统建设的方法,为来华医学留学生教育工作提供参考。With the rapid development of Chinese economy and the reform and opening-up policies,the number of international students,especially students who major in clinical medicine,has been increasing year by year.Recently,in the field of medical education,considerable interest is being directed toward improving the quality of education for international students in China.We summarize and analyze the experience of diagnostics and internal medicine practice and teaching for international students in West China School of Medicine,Sichuan University.The purpose of this paper is to explore the methods of teaching management and quality assurance system construction of internal medicine for international students,and to provide references for the medical education of international medical students in China.
