基于ECIS模型的人力资源管理课程与大学生职业生涯规划的融合研究——以工商管理类专业为例

摘　　要：近年来,教育部等部委多次出台的相关的政策,高度重视大学生职业生涯规划的课程设置等问题。但因为种种原因,职业生涯规划存在课时偏少等问题。本文以工商管理类专业为例,对基于ECIS模型进行设计的人力资源管理课程,与大学生职业生涯规划的融合进行探讨,对其必要性、可行性进行分析,并总结得出课程融合的具体方法。In recent years,the Ministry of Education and other ministries and commissions have repeatedly issued relevant policies,paying great attention to the curriculum setting of college students’career planning and other issues.However,for various reasons,career planning has the problem of less class hours and so on.Taking business administration related majors as an example.this paper discusses the integration of Human Resource Management course designed based on ECIS model and college students’career planning,analyzes its necessity and feasibility,and summarizes the specific methods of curriculum integration.
