摘　　要：以江苏卫生健康职业学院医学检验专业2014级-2019级高职学生为研究对象,利用问卷调查方式统计分析了新医改背景下第三方医学检验机构的兴起对医学检验专业高职学生就业的影响。调查结果发现:第三方医学检验机构近几年发展迅速,对医学检验专业高职学生的就业选择有一定程度的影响;还存在学生就业观固化,就业课程缺乏专业个性,第三方医学检验机构城乡发展不平衡等问题。文章从学生、学校和用人单位三个层面进行了研究,并提出对策。Taking the clinical laboratory medicine students of Jiangsu Health Vocational College from the grades of 2014 to 2019 as the research object, the influence of the rise of third-party medical inspection institutions on the employment of clinical laboratory medicine students in higher vocational colleges under the background of the new medical reform is analyzed by means of questionnaire survey. The survey results show that the rapid development of third-party medical inspection institutions in recent years has a certain degree of influence on the employment choice of clinical laboratory medicine students in higher vocational colleges. Also there are still some problems such as the students’ employment view is solidified;the employment courses lack professional personality;and the imbalance between urban and rural development of third-party medical inspection institutions. This article, from the student level, the school level and the employer level, does corresponding research and puts forward countermeasures.
