摘　　要：随着BIM信息化和装配式建筑产业时代的到来,新型技术人才缺口的矛盾也日益突显,做好与行业发展相适应的技能人才培养与储备是推动行业发展和扩大学生就业面的重要途径。因此,当下高职建筑技能型人才培养的主要目标就是培养符合时代产业转型升级的新型技能人才。通过校企联动、实地考察装配式项目的教研等多种活动,研究并实践了适用于高职建筑装饰专业BIM装配式人才培养的模式。改革的人才培养模式通过对接BIM国际教学标准,利用BIM信息化技术手段,以职业技能课程为载体,以装配式项目为学习成果导向构建"1+1+2"的人才培养模式,在行业岗位适应中达到了新型装配式技能人才培养的目的。这是对高职建筑装饰专业装配式教学行动领域发起的创新革命,同时也为高职其他建筑相关专业积累了实践经验和借鉴依据。With the advent of the era of BIM informatization and prefabricated building industry, the contradiction of new technical talent gap has become increasingly prominent. It is an important way to promote the development of the industry and expand the employment of students to cultivate and reserve skilled talents in line with the development of the industry. Therefore, the main goal of the training of skilled talents of higher vocational architecture is to cultivate new skilled talents in line with the industrial transformation and upgrading of the times. By activities of school-enterprise linkage and field investigation of prefabricated project teaching and research, this paper studies and practices the BIM prefabricated talent training mode applicable to higher vocational architecture decoration major. The reformed talent training mode achieves the goal of training new prefabricated talents in the industry position adaptation by connecting the international teaching standards of BIM, using the BIM informatization technology means, taking vocational skills courses as the carrier, and "1+1+2" talent training mode which takes prefabricated projects as learning outcomes. This is an innovative revolution in the field of prefabricated teaching of architectural decoration in higher vocational colleges, and it has also accumulated practical experience and reference basis for other architecture-related majors in higher vocational colleges.
