基于德尔菲法构建慢性乙型肝炎患者生活方式依从性量表的研究

摘　　要：目的:通过德尔菲法构建慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)患者生活方式依从性量表,以提高对CHB患者生活方式依从性测量的准确性。方法:通过文献回顾、半结构式访谈法建立初步量表条目池,选择相关领域专家18名,通过德尔菲法对CHB患者生活方式依从性量表内容进行两轮咨询,用专家积极系数、权威系数、Kendall协调系数检验该方法的可靠性。结果:第1、2轮咨询专家的积极系数分别为100%和94.44%;权威系数分别为0.925和0.914;Kendall协调系数分别为0.392、0.491(均P<0.01)。最终形成了包括饮食、运动、戒烟禁酒、情绪管理、消毒隔离、随诊依从6个维度30个条目的CHB患者生活方式依从性量表。结论:应用德尔菲法编制的CHB患者生活方式依从性量表可靠性高,可作为CHB患者生活方式依从性测评的参考依据,但还需进一步临床实证研究。Objective:This study aims to improve the compliance measurement accuracy of lifestyle for CHB patients by developing the lifestyle compliance scale based on the delphi method.Methods:To examine the reliability of this method by establishing the preliminary scale entry pool through literature review and semi-structured interview,choosing 18 experts in related fields,consulting the content of lifestyle compliance scale for CHB patients based on the delphi method twice,using expert positive coefficient,authority coefficient,kendall coordinate coefficient.Results:The experts′positive coefficient for the first round and the second round is 100%and 94.44%respectively.The authority coefficient is 0.925 and 0.914 respectively.The Kendall coordinate coefficient is 0.392 and 0.491respectively(P<0.01).And eventually,it forms the lifestyle compliance scale for CHB patients from six dimensions,thirty entries including diet,exercise,quit smoking prohibition,emotion management,disinfection and isolation and follow-up compliance.Conclusion:The lifestyle compliance scale for CHB patients based on the delphi method has high reliability,which can be the reference for the lifestyle compliance scale of CHB patients.But the further clinical empirical study is required.
