摘 要:健康教育对于儿童和青少年生理健康、心理健康、社会适应以及品德培养等具有重要意义。作为较早重视和开展健康教育的国家之一,美国中小学健康教育在标准指引、课程计划、内容确定、教师培养和效果监测等方面的发展已经颇为成熟,并取得良好效果。针对我国中小学健康教育尚未成为单独课程的现状,借鉴美国中小学健康教育的发展经验,将有助于促进我国中小学健康教育的有效开展。Health education is of great significance to children and adolescents’ physical health, mental health, social adaptation, moral development, etc.As one of the early countries to attach importance to and carry out health education, the development of health education in primary and secondary schools in the United States has been quite mature in policy, curriculum, content, teacher training and assessment, and achieved good results.In view of the current situation that health education in primary and secondary schools in China has not yet become a separate course, learning progress experience of health education from the United States will help us to promote the effective development of health education in primary and secondary schools in China.
