经典名方达原饮方证分析及其传承运用探赜

摘　　要：明代医家吴又可创制的名方达原饮为治疗温疫初起邪伏膜原之方剂,全方由槟榔、厚朴、草果仁、知母、芍药、黄芩、甘草7味药组成,开达膜原,辟秽化浊之功尤强,治疗温疫效果显著,后世医家受达原饮启发创制出诸多类方以适应温疫的变化。达原饮除治疗呼吸系统疾病外,对其他系统疾病同样具有良好治疗效果。达原饮的立方本旨和组方特点值得现今治疗温疫类等传染病借鉴,可以为其临床具体运用和进一步的实验研究提供依据和参考。The famous prescription Dayuanyin created by Wu Youke in Ming dynasty is a prescription for the treatment of early onset of epidemic febrile disease.The whole prescription is composed of areca seed,officinal magnolia bark,fruit of caoguo,common anemarrhena rhizome,Chinese peony,baical skullcap root,and liquorice root.It has a strong eff ect of removing filth and turbidity by penetrating into the pleuro-diaphragmatic interspace,and has a signifi cant therapeutic eff ect on epidemic febrile diseases.Inspired by Dayuanyin,many classifi ed prescriptions are created by later physicians to adapt to the changes of epidemic febrile diseases.In addition to the treatment of respiratory diseases,Dayuanyin also has a good therapeutic eff ect on other system diseases.The prescription purpose and characteristics of Dayuanyin are worthy of reference for the treatment of pestilence and other infectious diseases,and can provide a certain basis and feasible reference for its clinical application and further experimental research.
