摘 要:试验探究单独或混合添加植物乳杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌和产朊假丝酵母菌对全株构树青贮饲料品质的影响。试验采用单因素设计,分为5个试验组,分别为对照组、添加8%植物乳杆菌组(Ⅰ组)、混合添加8%植物乳杆菌+产朊假丝酵母菌组(1∶1,Ⅱ组)、混合添加8%植物乳杆菌+枯草芽孢杆菌组(1∶1,Ⅲ组)及混合添加8%植物乳杆菌+产朊假丝酵母菌+枯草芽孢杆菌组(1∶1∶1,Ⅳ组),每组3个重复。青贮发酵50 d。结果显示,Ⅱ组青贮饲料感官评定总评分最高,等级为优。Ⅱ组青贮饲料氨态氮/总氮显著低于对照组和Ⅳ组(P<0.05)。Ⅱ组青贮饲料乳酸含量显著高于其他各处理组(P<0.05)。Ⅱ和Ⅲ组青贮饲料丙酸含量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),Ⅱ组青贮饲料丙酸含量显著低于Ⅲ组(P<0.05)。Ⅲ组青贮饲料干物质含量显著高于其他各处理组(P<0.05)。Ⅳ组青贮饲料粗蛋白含量显著高于对照组和Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ组青贮饲料中性洗涤纤维含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),且三者之间差异显著(P<0.05)。Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组青贮饲料酸性洗涤纤维含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验表明,添加植物乳杆菌和产朊假丝酵母菌进行全株构树青贮,可以提高青贮品质,获得优质全株构树青贮饲料。The experiment studied the effect of adding Lactobacillus plantarum, Bacillus subtilis and Candida utilis alone or in combination on the quality of whole Broussonetia papyrifera silage. The single factor design was adopted and divided into five treatment, which were the control group, 8% Lactobacillus plantarum group(group Ⅰ), 8% Lactobacillus plantarum+Candida utilis group(1∶1, group Ⅱ), 8% Lactobacillus plantarum+Bacillus subtilis group(1∶1, group Ⅲ)and mixed Lactobacillus plantarum+Candida utilis+Bacillus subtilis group(1∶1∶1, group Ⅳ), with three replicates in each group. Silage fermentation lasted for 50 d. The results showed that the total score of silage in group Ⅱ was the highest, and the grade was excellent. The ammonia nitrogen/total nitrogen of silage in group Ⅱ was significantly lower than that of control group and group Ⅳ(P<0.05). The lactic acid content of silage in group Ⅱ was significantly higher than that of other treatment groups(P<0.05). The propionic acid content of silage in groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05), and the propionic acid content of silage in group Ⅱ was significantly lower than that of group Ⅲ(P<0.05). The dry matte of silage in group Ⅲ was significantly higher than that of other treatment groups.The crud protein of silage in group Ⅳ was significantly higher than that of control group and group Ⅰ. The NDF content of silage in groups Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05), and the difference between the three was significant(P<0.05). The ADF content of silage in groups Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). The experiment indicates that adding Lactobacillus plantarum and Candida utilis for whole Broussonetia papyrifera silage can improve the quality of silage and obtain high-quality whole-plant Broussonetia papyrifera silage.
