摘 要:本文通过对比黑刺粉虱为害前后光合色素的含量变化及不同危害程度对茶树体内光合色素含量的影响,为全面评价黑刺粉虱的危害,制定正确的防治指标及综合防治策略奠定基础。结果表明,黑刺粉虱为害前福鼎大白和龙井43#体内的叶绿素a和叶绿素b含量无显著性差异,但均显著高于黄金芽体内的叶绿素含量,类胡萝卜素的含量则是龙井43#>福鼎大白>黄金芽且均存在显著性差异。龙井43#被黑刺粉虱为害后,叶片中叶绿素a和类胡萝卜素的含量显著降低,福鼎大白被黑刺粉虱为害后光合色素含量变化不显著,黄金芽被黑刺粉虱为害后体内叶绿素a、叶绿素b和类胡萝卜素含量均呈显著上升趋势。黑刺粉虱除直接刺吸茶树营养外,还可改变光合色素含量从而改变植物同化产物的分配,因此需注重茶树上黑刺粉虱的防治工作。The changes of photosynthetic pigment content before and after infestation by Aleurocanthus spiniferus and the effects of different degrees of damage on the content of photosynthetic pigment in tea plant were compared to lay a foundation for the comprehensive evaluation of the harm of A.spiniferus and the formulation of correct control indexes and comprehensive control strategies.The results showed that there were no significant differences in the content of chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b between‘Fuding Dabai’and‘Longjing 43#’,but all significantly higher than the chlorophyll content in‘Huangjin ya’.The content of carotenoids was‘Longjing 43#’>‘Fuding Dabai’>‘Huangjin ya’and all had significant differences.The contents of chlorophyll a and carotenoids in leaves of‘Longjing 43#’were significantly decreased,but the contents of photosynthetic pigment were no significantly changed in‘Fuding Dabai’,and the contents of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and carotenoids were significantly increased in‘Huangjin ya’after damaged by A.spiniferus.In addition to directly sucking the nutrition of tea plant,the content of photosynthetic pigment can also be changed to change the distribution of plant assimilation products.Therefore,it is necessary to pay attention to the prevention and control of A.spiniferus on tea plant.
