摘　　要：资源环境承载力是连接社会、环境与经济三大要素的纽带,也是协调人口、资源与环境这一彼此相对独立、又相互联系的矛盾统一体的关键点。资源环境承载力研究是一个国家或地区实施可持续发展战略、进行资源供需和环境保护、人口布局、增强政策调控功效等方面的科学依据,也为经济社会和资源环境协调发展提供有力的理论支撑。但是目前学术界缺乏对资源环境承载力研究成果及其存在的问题进行系统全面的梳理和总结。采用文献归纳法对资源环境承载力概念起源及内涵演变和国内外对资源环境承载力研究的进展(包括其评价体系、评价方法以及其成果的应用)进行了较为全面的综述。研究表明,随着经济社会发展不断发展和人类认识逐步深入,资源环境承载力研究在取得丰富成果的同时,也面临新形势和新挑战。在此基础上展望资源环境承载力研究前景,以期为开展相关研究提供参考和启迪。The carrying capacity of resources and environment is the link that connects the three major elements of society,environment and economy.It is also a key point of the contradictory unity of population,resources and environment for the three elements are relatively independent from each other,but at the same time they are relatively related to each other.Research on the carrying capacity of resources and environment is the scientific basis for a country or region to implement sustainable development strategies,resource supply and demand and environmental protection,population distribution,and enhancement of the effectiveness of policy regulation.It also provides a strong theoretical support for the coordinated development of economic society,resources and environment.However,so far,the academic community lacks a systematic and comprehensive review of the research results of resource and environmental carrying capacity and the relative problems.The literature induction method is used to summarize the origin and connotation evolution of the concept of resource and environmental carrying capacity and the research progress(including its evaluation system,evaluation method and application of its results)at domestic and foreign countries.The study has shown that with the continuous progress of economic and social development and the gradual deepening of human knowledge,the research on the carrying capacity of resources and environment has achieved rich results,but it is also facing the new situation and challenges with the achievement.On this basis,it is looked forward to the prospect of the research on the carrying capacity of resources and environment,and hoped to provide a reference and enlightenment for the relevant research.
