摘　　要：神经内分泌肿瘤(NEN)发病率在全球呈逐渐升高趋势,其中以胃肠胰神经内分泌肿瘤(GEP-NEN)最常见。GEP-NEN的高度异质性为其临床诊治带来挑战。近年来,GEP-NEN在病理学、影像学、治疗各领域均有较多进展,且临床诊治高度强调多学科团队合作,因此中华医学会消化病学分会胃肠激素与神经内分泌肿瘤学组在2014年发布的《胃肠胰神经内分泌肿瘤内科诊治若干建议》的基础上进行扩充与更新,制定本共识,涵盖GEP-NEN的临床表现、内镜、影像学、病理学、核医学、内外科治疗等方面,为临床医师对本病的规范化诊治提供参考。The incidence of neuroendocrine neoplasm is increasing globally.Gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasm(GEP-NEN)is the most common.The highly heterogeneous bring challenge in clinical diagnosis and treatment.Recently,progresses in diagnosis and treatment of GEP-NEN were achieved and attracted more and more attention,which needs multidisciplinary cooperated in diagnosis and therapy.Therefore,this consensus was expand and update based on the version of recommendations on GEP-NEN clinical practice issued in 2014,including clinical manifestations,endoscopy,imaging,nuclear medicine,pathology,medical and surgery treatment.This consensus aims to help standardize clinical practice of GEP-NEN in general and specialist doctor.
