摘　　要：本文是对2000年至2019年发表于SCI,SSCI以及A&HCI学术期刊上的医疗口译研究学术论文的综述。所选论文的研究主题分为医疗口译的社会法律环境、医疗口译实践与医疗口译教育培训三类,研究方法分为纯实证、偏实证、偏非实证与纯非实证四类。本文指出:1)医疗口译研究跨学科趋势进一步突显;2)口译研究与医疗研究尚未实现充分融合,二者跨学科合作或将成为该领域未来研究的重要方向;3)医疗口译实践是医疗口译研究的主流话题,未来研究应加强医疗口译社会法律环境及教育培训的研究。同时,本文认为,国内医疗口译研究与国际研究同行之间存在较大鸿沟,应在研究主题上更贴合中国医疗口译实际。This paper aims to explore the landscape of international healthcare interpreting research between 2000 and 2019,pinpoint the future development trend,and offer suggestions to domestic healthcare interpreting research. Based on academic articles on healthcare interpreting published in SCI,SSCI or A&HCI journals,this paper maps the main research themes and methods in this field,and points out that interdisciplinarity has become the norm of international healthcare research. However,there exists a lack of integration between interpreting research and healthcare research,and more attention needs to be directed towards the social and legal context of healthcare interpreting as well as the education and training of healthcare interpreters. This paper further identifies a gap between domestic and international research on healthcare interpreting,and suggests that domestic research focus more on topics relevant to the Chinese context of healthcare interpreting and embrace the empirical research paradigm.
