多发性毛发上皮瘤18例皮肤镜特征分析

摘　　要：目的探讨多发性毛发上皮瘤患者皮损皮肤镜镜下特征.方法收集成都市第二人民医院皮肤科门诊组织病理检查确诊为毛发上皮瘤的18例患者共计58处皮损进行皮肤镜检查,分析其皮肤镜下的图像特征.结果18例患者中男8例,女10例,均为多发性毛发上皮瘤,16处(27.59%)表现为黄红色背景,42处(72.41%)表现为黄白色背景;58处(100%)皮损边界均清楚,58处(100%)可见黄白色结构,21处(36.21%)见红黄色片状结构;32处(55.17%)皮损可见灰褐色色素沉着;58处(100%)皮损可见树枝状血管,34处(58.62%)皮损可见不规则血管.结论多发性毛发上皮瘤患者的皮损在皮肤镜下具有一定的特征性,皮肤镜检查可能为本病的无创性辅助诊断提供依据.Objective To investigate the dermoscopic feature of trichoepithelioma.Methods A total of 58 lesions of 18 patients with trichoepithelioma diagnosed by histopathological examination in the dermatology clinic of Chengdu Second People's hospital were collected for dermoscopy,and the image features under the derm oscopy were analyzed.Results A total of 18 patients with multiple trichoepitheliom a were studied,including 8 m ales and 10 fem ales.of the 58 lesions observed,16(27.59%)show ed yellow ish red background,42(72.41%)showed yellowish white background,58(100%)showed clear boundary and yellowish white structure,21(36.21%)showed red yellow lamellar structure,32(55.17%)showed gray brown pigmentation,as well as dendritic vessels in 58 lesions(100%)and irregular vessels in 34 lesions(58.62%).Conclusion The skin lesions of multiple trichoepithelioma have certain characteristics under the dermoscopy,which may provide a basis for the noninvasive auxiliary diagnosis of the disease.
