摘　　要：目的探讨青年乳腺癌临床病理特点、分子分型及预后状况,为临床制定诊疗方案提供参考依据。方法收集所在医院2011年3月-2017年6月60例乳腺癌患者的资料,对其进行回顾性分析,根据年龄分组,观察组18例,年龄20~35岁为青年乳腺癌患者,对照组42例,年龄>35岁为中老年乳腺癌患者,对比两组相关情况。结果本组60例患者生存时间9~89个月,中位生存期50.8个月;观察组总生存率为66.67%,对照组生存率为92.86%,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);肿瘤直径>5 cm、复发转移是造成青年乳腺癌患者生存率低的主要因素(P<0.05),独立危险因素是肿瘤直径>5 cm、复发转移(P<0.05)。结论青年乳腺癌颈癌患者病理特征复杂,易复发,尽早确诊,并给予患者对症治疗,是改善青年乳腺癌患者预后的关键所在。Objective To explore clinicopathological characteristics,molecular typing,and prognosis of young patients with breast cancer,provide a reference basis for making diagnosis and treatment scheme.Methods Sixty patients with breast cancer were selected from March 2011 to June 2017,the data were analyzed retrospectively.The patients were divided into observation group(18 cases,20-35 years old) and control group(42 cases,>35 years old) according to age,the related situations in the two groups were compared.Results The survival time of 60 patients was 9-89 months,with a median survival time of 50.8 months.The overall survival rates in observation group and control group were 66.67% and 92.86%,respectively,there was statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).Tumor diameter >5 cm,recurrence,and metastasis were main factors of low survival rate of young patients with breast cancer(P<0.05),the independent risk factors included tumor diameter>5 cm,recurrence,and metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion Young patients with breast cancer have complex pathological characteristics and are prone to recurrence.Early diagnosis and symptomatic treatment are the key to improve prognosis of young patients with breast cancer.
