摘  要:针对目前电力物资仓储管理中存在的诸如物流周转慢、仓储作业低下、信息技术化水平低等问题,将无线射频识别(radio frequency identification,RFID)、二维码、大数据、云计算等物联网技术与AGV(automated guided vehicle,AGV)智能机器人设备、仓储管理控制系统(warehouse management system,WMS)软件相结合,应用于电力物资仓储系统,对仓库仓储管理系统进行智能化提升。智能搬运设备采用二维码与激光导航相结合的导航方式。WMS采用满足技术先进性与成熟性相结合的多层技术构架,通过统一数据接口平台实现与企业资源计划(enterprise resource planning,ERP)系统、仓储动控制系统(warehouse control system,WCS)等其他业务应用的数据交互。该系统实现了物料的A动化入库出库、智能化拣选、精准存储,实现了硬件设备与信息系统的良好配合,大大降低了人员劳动强度和作业差错率,极大地提升了电力物资仓储管理水平。In view of the problems existing in the current power material storage management,such as slow logistics turnover,low warehousing operations,low level of information technology,etc.Combining Internet of things technologies such as radio frequency identification(RFID),two-dimensional code,big data and cloud computing with automated guided vehicle(AGV)intelligent robotic equipment and warehouse management system(WMS)software,it is applied to the power material storage system to improve the storage management system intelligently.The intelligent transport equipment adopts the navigation mode of the combination of two-dimensional code and laser navigation.WMS adopts a multi-layer technology framework that meets the requirements of technological advancement and maturity,through the unified data interface platform to achieve and enterprise resource planning(ERP)system,warehouse control system(WCS)and other business applications of data interaction.The system realizes the automatic storage and export of materials,intelligent selection and accurate storage,realizes the perfect cooperation between hardware and information system,greatly reduces the Labor intensity of personnel,and reduces the rate of operation error,has promoted the power material storage management level enormously.
