摘 要:因盾构隧道接头传力具有显著的接触非线性,接头力学分析一直是盾构隧道结构分析的难点。文章针对盾构隧道管片接头在轴力和弯矩作用下的非线性变形问题,提出一种新的接头力学分析思路,通过引入刚性面假定、基于位移的接头力学建模方法、反平方根滤值函数,建立管片接头正接触非线性力学模型。研究发现:接头具有多种接触状态,反平方根滤值函数可以有效的反映接头正接触非线性;管片接头力学性能可由管片混凝土和螺栓力学性能两部分描述,其中管片混凝土变形能力与位移偏心距有关,螺栓变形能力主要与预紧力有关;从狮子洋和南京长江盾构隧道的试验数据对比来看,接头正接触非线性力学模型是合理的,接头力学模型性能与接头试验结果基本吻合。Because of the significant contact nonlinearity of the joint in shield tunnel,the mechanical analysis of joint has been one difficulty in the structural analysis of shield tunnel.In this paper,the nonlinear deformation of segment joints under the actions of axial force and bending moment is studied,and a new idea of joint mechanical analysis is put forward.By introducing the rigid surface assumption,displacement-based mechanical modeling method of joint and inverse square root filtration function,the normal contact nonlinear mechanical model of joint is established.The results show that:there are several contact states in the joint,and the inverse square root filter function can effectively reflect the normal contact nonlinearity.The mechanical properties of segment joints can be described in the two parts of segment concrete and bolt.The deformation properties of segment concrete are related to displacement eccentricity,and the bolt are related to pretightening force.According to the comparison of the test data of Shiziyang Shield Tunnel and Nanjing Yangtze River Shield Tunnel,The nonlinear joint mechanical model established in this paper is reasonable,and it is consistent with the joint test results.
