整体护理在下颌阻生齿拔除患者护理中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的探究整体护理在下颌阻生齿拔除患者护理中的应用价值。方法选取我院106例下颌阻生齿拔除患者,随机分为试验组54例、对照组52例,试验组予以整体护理、对照组常规护理,观察护理效果。结果试验组并发症发生率为5.56%、对照组为26.92%,较之对照组,试验组并发症更低(P<0.05);试验组护理服务态度、护理技能、护理舒适度等满意度评分较之对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论对下颌阻生齿拔除患者予以整体护理干预,能减少并发症发生,减轻患者痛苦,提升患者护理满意度。Objective To explore the application value of holistic nursing in the nursing of patients with extraction of impacted mandibular teeth.Methods 106 cases of extraction of impacted mandibular teeth were randomly divided into experimental group(54 cases)and control group(52 cases).The experimental group was given holistic nursing and control group was given routine nursing.Results The incidence of complications was 5.56%in the experimental group and 26.92%in the control group.Compared with the control group,the incidence of complications was lower in the experimental group(P<0.05);the satisfaction score of nursing service attitude,nursing skills and nursing comfort in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Holistic nursing intervention for patients with mandibular impacted tooth extraction can reduce complications,alleviate patients'pain and improve patients'nursing satisfaction.
