摘　　要：探讨加速康复外科(ERAS)理念在腹腔镜结直肠癌围手术期中的应用。收集2017年6月—2019年6月在莆田学院附属医院胃肠外一科接受腹腔镜结直肠癌根治手术的患者96例,随机分为ERAS组和对照组各48例,比较两组围手术期术后首次排气时间、术后住院时间、总住院时间、住院费用及术后并发症发生率。结果显示:ERAS组患者的术后首次排气时间、术后住院时间、总住院时间和住院费用等明显低于对照组(P<0.05);ERAS组术后并发症发生率较低,两组之间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结果表明:采用ERAS理念结合腹腔镜微创技术的围手术期处理方案是安全、有效的,值得临床推广应用。The paper studies the application of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)in the perioperative period of laparoscopic colorectal resection.96 patients are randomly divided into the ERAS group and the control group who have received laparoscopic-assisted radical operations of colorectal cancer in Department of Gastrointestinal Surgery of the Affiliated Hospital of Putian University from June 2017 to June 2019.Those patients first time of exhaustion after surgery,postoperative hospital stays,total hospital stays,hospitalization costs and the incidence rate of complications are recorded and compared between the two groups.The perioperative conditions and the incidence rate of complications are significantly lower in the ERAS group than in the control group(P<0.05);the differences in the incidence rate of postoperative complications between the two groups are of statistical significances(P<0.05).The application of ERAS in the perioperative period of laparoscopic colorectal resection is safe,effective,and worth promoting.
