摘 要:高校的思政教育存在育人资源未整合、育人特色未突出、育人机制未保障等问题,“大思政”视域下,三全育人模式具有专业性、实践性、创新性的特点和方法论指导意义。因此高校要在“大思政”视域下整合“十大育人体系”,践行三全育人模式,构建相应的课程学科机制、动力激励机制、统筹协调机制、组织管理机制、评价考核机制。The ideological and political education in universities is challenged by the problems such as unintegrated education resources,lack of outstanding characteristics of education,and insufficient guarantee of education mechanisms.From the perspective of the“big Ideological and Political Education”,the three-all education model is featured with being professional,practical,and practical with methodological guiding significance.Therefore,universities must integrate the“ten major education systems”to implement the three-all education model,and build corresponding curriculum and discipline mechanisms,motivational incentive mechanisms,overall coordination mechanisms,organizational management mechanisms,evaluation and assessment mechanisms.
