摘　　要：集团企业在进行持续性稳定发展的同时,需要考量外部环境与内部管控状况。内部管控的关键是在财务信息管理的信息化程度进行不断的完善与改进,通过研究集团企业整体发展方向的信息化水平,进行相应的财管信息化现状的分析与特征的分析,针对现有状况进行整体财管信息化模式的改进,并提出财会人员信息化意识提升、体系建立的安全性以及整体分析目标的具体要求,为集团企业发展奠定坚实的基础。集团企业的整体发展方向需要根据财管信息化分析结果稳步进行决策,同时也对整体发展目标进行影响,财管信息化作为企业内部管理的关键,也作为外部风险防控的关键承担着重要的发展责任。It is necessary for an enterprise group to take external environment and internal control conditions into consideration while carrying out sustainable and stable development.The key to internal management and control is to continuously improve the informatization of financial information management.By studying the informatization level of the overall development direction of enterprise groups,an analysis was made of the current situation and characteristics of the corresponding financial management informatization,aiming at improving overall financial management informatization model,and put forward the specific requirements for the improvement of the informatization awareness of the financial and accounting personnel,the safety of the system establishment,and the overall analysis target to lay a solid foundation for the development of enterprise groups.The overall development direction of an enterprise group should be determined safety based on the analysis results of financial management informatization,and at the same time,it will affect the overall development goals.As the key to the internal management of the enterprise,financial management informatization is also the key to the prevention and control of external risks.
