摘 要:针对无人机(UAV)无线充电系统轻量化和大偏移容忍度的客观诉求,提出一种抗偏移能力良好的正交扁平螺线管耦合机构(QFSC)。QFSC的发射端和接收端均由绕制在方形磁芯上的两个相互正交的扁平螺线管构成。基于Comsol有限元仿真软件对QFSC和平面方形线圈耦合机构(PSC)的抗偏移能力进行对比和分析。仿真结果表明,QFSC在发生x轴和y轴方向偏移时均具有更优良的抗偏移能力。此外,与扁平螺线管耦合机构(FSC)相比,在发生角度偏移时,QFSC耦合系数不会衰减为零。为减轻耦合机构的重量,对QFSC进行了优化,提出一种凹凸型QFSC。相比于同匝数的QFSC,在磁芯和Lizz线用量减少的基础上,耦合系数得到一定提升。Based on objective demands of light weight and large misalignment tolerance of unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)wireless charging system,a quadrature flat solenoid coupler(QFSC)with good misalignment ability is proposed.The transmitter and receiver of QFSC are composed of two mutually orthogonal flat solenoids enwinding on a square magnetic core.Based on the Comsol finite element simulation software,the misalignment ability of QFSC and planar square coupler(PSC)are compared and analyzed.The simulation results show that QFSC has better misalignment ability when x-axis and y-axis misalignment occurs.In addition,compared with flat solenoid coupler(FSC),the coupling coefficient of QFSC does not decay to 0 when angle misalignment occurs.In order to reduce the weight of the coupler,QFSC is optimized and concave-convex QFSC is proposed.Compared with QFSC with the same number of turns,the coupling coefficient is improved on the basis of the reduction of magnetic core and Lizz line.
