摘 要:目的探讨基于循证医学(EBM)理论的以问题为基础教学法(PBL)在心血管内科临床教学中的应用效果。方法选取2018年6月~2019年10月在桂林医学院附属医院心血管内科进行轮转的62名临床实习生为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组各31名。对照组采用传统教学方法,研究组采用基于EBM理论的PBL教学。实习结束时,比较两组的基础理论知识、综合病例分析总成绩及两组实习生对教学方法的满意度。结果临床实习结束时,研究组基础理论知识及综合病例分析考核成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组在教学内容及方法、提高文献查阅能力、加强学习的主动性以及培养临床工作能力四个方面的教学满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于EBM理论的PBL教学有利于提高心血管内科临床教学效果,实习生对于教学方法的满意程度较高。Objective To explore the application effect of problem-based teaching method(PBL)based on evidence-based medicine(EBM)theory in clinical teaching of cardiovascular medicine.Methods A total of 62 clinical interns who rotated in the Affiliated Hospital of Guilin Medical College Vasculocardiology Department from June 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the research group,with 31 clinical interns in each group.The traditional teaching method was used in the control group,while the PBL teaching method based on EBM theory was used in the research group.At the end of the internship,the basic theoretical knowledge and the total scores of comprehensive case analysis of the two groups and the satisfaction of the two groups of interns on the teaching methods were compared.Results After internship,the basic theoretical knowledge and comprehensive case analysis scores in the research group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the research group was higher than that of the control group in four aspects,included teaching content and methods,improving the ability of literature review,strengthening the initiative of learning and training the clinical work ability,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion EBM-based PBL model is applicable to improve the teaching effects and the student′s learning satisfaction in clinical cardiology.
