摘  要:自从发现自身免疫性甲状腺疾病——Graves病与烟雾病可能存在免疫机制介导的因果致病关系后,甲状腺自身抗体与脑血管病之间的关系日益受到关注。近年来的研究显示,甲状腺抗体异常可影响血管事件的发生和发展。因此,文章对甲状腺自身抗体与颅内动脉狭窄的关系及相关机制进行了综述。Since it has been found that autoimmune thyroid diseases(Graves'disease and moyamoya disease)may have a causal relationship mediated by immune mechanism,the relationship between thyroid autoantibodies and cerebrovascular diseases has attracted more and more attention.Recent studies have shown that thyroid antibody abnormalities can affect the occurrence and development of vascular events.Therefore,this article reviews the relationship between thyroid autoantibodies and intracranial artery stenosis and the related mechanism.
