摘　　要：天然产物是药物发现的宝库。从天然产物中分离得到的多酚类化合物因含有大量羟基,使其具有抗氧化、抗肿瘤和抗病毒等多种生物活性,目前已成为研究热点之一。本文以多酚类化合物不同的生物活性为依据,对天然产物中存在的多酚类化合物进行了分类和总结,为后续基于生物活性的多酚类药物,特别是抗病毒药物的研究提供参考。Natural products are a storehouse for drug discovery.Polyphenols isolated from natural products exhibit a variety of biological activities such as anti-oxidation,antitumor and antiviral activity,etc.as they have multiple hydroxyl groups.Based on the different biological activities of polyphenols,this review summarizes the polyphenols present in natural products and provides reference value for the subsequent research on bioactive polyphenols,especially antiviral activity of polyphenols.
