摘 要:为缓解城市停车泊位供需不均衡的问题,对城市新建停车场泊位规模问题进行研究。采用共享泊位分配模型对停车需求进行预测,在此基础上引入了灰理想关联熵理论提出停车场规模修正系数概念,实现了对新建停车场泊位数量规模的测算。选取拉萨神力时代商圈范围内的三个新建停车场为研究对象,对其商业区和居住区的停车泊位供给现状、停车需求实际、平均步行距离进行了调研和分析,在此基础上引入粒子群优化算法对共享泊位分配模型进行求解获取新建停车场的停车需求,进而结合修正系数对新建停车场的泊位规模进行确定。研究结果可以有效弥补共享泊位分配模型在实际应用中的不足,为解决城市商圈停车难问题提供一个有效的途径。The scale of urban new parking space was studied in this paper to alleviate the problem of the imbalance between the supply and demand of urban parking space.The shared berth allocation model was introduced to predict the parking demand,and grey ideal correlation entropy theory was used to propose the concept of parking lot scale correction coefficient.Then,the number of new parking lot berths was calculated.In the research,three newly-built parking lots within the business district of Lhasa Shenli era business district were selected as the research objects,and the current parking supply status,actual parking demand,and average walking distance of their commercial and residential areas were investigated and analyzed.The particle group optimization algorithm was introduced to obtain the parking demand of the newly-built parking lot,and the berth scale of the newly-built parking lot was calculated based on the correction coefficient.Results are expected to effectively make up for the shortcomings of the shared berth allocation model in practical applications and to provide a solution to the parking problem in urban commercial circles.
