摘　　要：互联网金融时代,社会对高职金融专业人才培养提出了更高要求,文章借鉴"服务三角"模型构建高职金融专业人才培养供给机制,提出以区域经济发展新金融技能人才需求为导向,发挥以供给战略、供给系统和供给能力为三角的整合优势,探索高职金融专业跨界人才培养路径。With the coming of the Internet age,the society needs more financial professionals trained in vocational colleges. The paper,based on the "service triangle" model,constructs a training mechanism of financial professionals in vocational colleges and proposes that regional economic development should be oriented by new financial skillful personnel,and give play to the supply strategy,supply system and supply capacity as the integration advantages so as to explore the path of training cross-boundary personnel in vocational colleges.
