摘 要:工匠精神的培育只有在"合作与共享"的教师集体文化营造中,才会形成工匠群体所要达到的共同价值观和精神追求,这也有利于改变当前职业院校教师单子式与区隔化培育工匠精神的现状。基于教师集体协同视角创新工匠精神培育对策,需要建立多元主体协作的人才培养体系,着重推进教师与企业导师两大集体间的深度合作,加强教师与家长两个集体间的协同性,健全多样立体式评价机制。The cultivation of craftsman spirit can form the common values and spiritual pursuit of craftsman’s group only in the construction of teachers’ collective culture of "cooperation and sharing",which is conducive to changing the current situation of teacher’s single state or small group state in vocational colleges in cultivating craftsman spirit. The paper proposes the countermeasures to cultivate craftsman spirit from the perspective of teachers’ collective cooperation based on the investigation. The author of the paper contends that the cultivation of craftsman spirit from the perspective of teachers’ collective cooperation should establish a personnel training system with multi-subject cooperation,promote deep cooperation between college teachers and corporate mentors,enhance cooperation between teachers and students’ parents and establish a multi-dimensional evaluation mechanism.
