摘　　要：目的探讨卵巢Brenner瘤(勃勒纳瘤)的超声诊断特征。方法回顾性分析在我院超声检查并经手术及病理证实的32例卵巢Brenner瘤患者的超声图像,并与病理结果对照。结果32例卵巢Brenner瘤中病理结果为良性的20例、交界性7例、恶性5例。20例良性中有14例为实性包块,6例为囊实性包块;7例交界性中2例为实性包块,5例为囊实性包块,恶性均表现为以囊性为主的囊实性包块。良性及交界性卵巢Brenner瘤实性部分内均可见多形性钙化,后方可见扇形声影,恶性其内可见厚薄不等的分隔。良性卵巢Brenner瘤血流信号不丰富,交界性卵巢Brenner瘤血流信号较丰富。结论超声检查中发现卵巢实性或囊实性包块伴有多形性钙化,后方伴扇形声影,提示包块为Brenner瘤的可能性很大。CDFI对于区分良性、交界性Brenner瘤具有一定的参考意义。Objective To study the ultrasonographic features of Brenner tumor.Methods The ultrasound images of 32 patients with ovarian Brenner tumor treated in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Results In 32 cases,20 cases were benign proved by pathology,7 cases were borderline,and 5 cases were malignant.In 20 benign cases,14 cases were solid mass by ultrasound assessment,6 cases were complex mass.Pleomorphic calcification were showed in these benign and borderline masses by ultrasound,there is obvious sound shadow at the back,blood flow is not abundant in benign,blood flow is abundant in borderline.Most malignant ovarian Benner tumor have dividers,and there′s blood flow on the divider,blood flow is not abundant.Conclusions Ultrasound findings of ovarian Brenner tumor are not characteristic.But ultrasound findings of solid or complex mass,pleomorphic calcification and obvious sound shadow may be useful for the diagnosis of ovarian Brenner tumor.
